They gave me an impossible ticket to use. I was about to travel from manila to canada, so i bought a ticket from travel2be with a layover in japan so that it would be cheaper.
They gave me a manila to haneda then narita to vancouver. How the heck will i use that *** ticket if haneda and narita is different airport.Narita is not even in tokyo! Its impossible to travel outside japan without visa and also because of the covid policy in japan. So i wasted my money on that ticket for nothing.
I called them and they said they cant refund it or rebook it. Its *** useless.

I paid for a ticket through Travel2be in January for a trip on 9th January 2022 to Japan. Due to new Covid-19 guidelines by the Japanese Government effective March 1st, my trip had to be delayed.
I had paid an extra £7.70 on my ticket so as not to have to pay a change fee in anticipation of such an occurrence, as there was a lot of uncertainty. I informed Travel2be of the need to change my flight date to a later date. They told me economy flights were fully booked and asked me to pay a price markup of EUR 4479.37 for a business class seat which I could not do and informed them. I gave them other options from the end of the month.
They responded that there were no economy flights available for the month of March, but they found one economy flight on the 15th for a price of EUR 806.63. They asked me to pay a 'voluntary change fee' equal to that amount, which was the full price of the ticket. I asked them why I had to pay the 'voluntary change fee' if I had paid the £7.70 not to do so, and I was only supposed to pay the price difference according to their own terms. They never replied to me on this specific case, even when I asked them to adjust the price in order to pay the price difference.
They instead asked me to go into the airline and confirm dates with them and inform them.
I physically went into the airlines 4 different times and retrieved four dates which were available in economy class and of which I was assured the agent Travel2be could see. Travel2be never responded to my requests to book me a place on any of these dates as they would only respond to my emails on average four hours later, and they kept insisting that I pay the full price instead for the economy ticket on the 15th. I asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor, but was never put through to one. They also falsely claimed that the airline could make changes to the ticket, or refund it without any problems.
The airline stated that since I bought it through Travel2be, only they were responsible for doing this. I spent more than a week going back and forth between the airline and Travel2be with no results. The airline stated that they could book me directly through their system if I got a refund from Travel2b2, but to date Travel2be refuses to give me a refund, stating that they are not authorised to do so, only the airline. In short, I never got my flight date changed despite giving Travel2be alternative dates which I had confirmed with the airline.
They would not respond to me in a timely manner and made false claims about their role as the travel agent.
They also never put me through to a supervisor. Furthermore, they repeatedly tried to scam me from more of my money by making me pay in full for another full ticket, and trying to make me pay a 'voluntary change fee' despite the fact that I paid a fee not to do so.
I have booked a flight to Japan with another airline directly as a result, and therefore incurred further costs.
User's recommendation: DO NOT USE Travel2be. They are scammers. Use the bigger, well established online travel agents if you must, but if you can, book directly with the airline itself. Remember cheap is expensive.
