We have been trying to get a voucher arranged or a refund on a BA flight that was cancelled by British Airways due to COVID-19. Our complaint is that we can't get through on the phone.

The customer services number is always busy.

The company is also showing to be closed half the week when a search on the internet is done. No contact was made by travel2be about the situation of scheduled flights not going ahead after ticket purchases were made.

User's recommendation: It would be great to be able to get in touch with someone in customer services for Travel2be.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Should have purchased the tickets directly from British Airways. Trying to save money and cut corners just paints you into a corner as you have discovered. Forget the use of third-party anythings and stick with the original issuing authority.
