Booked my tickets one month back but more due to corona virus outbreak, I want to cancel it.

No one picks up the phone.

Don't know how to contact travel2be

Monetary Loss: $531.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Travel2Be Pros: Very quick when booking.

Travel2Be Cons: Very poor customer service, Putting on hold for hours, No response.

I've emailed travel2be. No response so far.

If the flight operators are giving full refund, travel2be should do the same. After all it is not normal condition it is pandemic.
