Hello, I canceled the reservation for the flight, which was until 13/10/2022, because they didn't give me a holiday at work and won't let me go. So I had to cancel the ticket.

In Czech crowns, it seemed to me to be less than 5000 CZK. When I canceled the flight, it said that only CZK 645 will be returned to my same account? What is this nonsense? In the conditions you have that you only take a 50 Euro cancellation fee.

So where is the rest of the money? In addition.. In "my trip" you write that my refund is complete and that you returned the money to me, but nothing came to my account.. The bank told me that I should request a confirmation from you about sending the payment (refund).

So please send me a confirmation of payment to my email ( katerinakupcovaa@***.cz ) and also information on how much will be refunded!

It is not possible for you to return only CZK 645.. that is nonsense.

- CZK 4909 is 199.6 euros! and 50 euro cancellation fee is 1230 czk ( 149 euro )... So you have to return 3679 czk (3 thousand more than you wrote!

Please answer as soon as possible, or I will be forced to report this to the police.. thank you.

Dhl didn't deliver package but said they did without a signature which was needed for the package.

Dhl said they delivered a package to me but it was never received. It needed a signature but non was ever give. I never seen the package at all. The package was coming from morning save. The package required a signature. I still haven't received a call or anything from this company. I don't wish this on anybody else.

I made credit card payment for change of schedule. There was a message for unsuccessful transaction. I payed again. Again the same message. When I checked I had in fact made duplicate payment. Made request for refund. I am yet get my refund of 20 Euros.

Typing error when make a booking. It is already 2 weeks not solve. Email not responding, call don't give answer how and when to solve but inform if the airlines respond. Call airline, ask us to communicate with the agent. It is a mistake that the agent can solve easily. Goggles, the answer to the issues is that the agent should solve before flight. My action will keep sending remainders

Had to fight to get my confirmation. They then offered a service, check me in and get my boarding pass. I paid for this and a few hours before departure they informed me that they couldn't do it, so I was in Istanbul left to sort it out myself. They promised me a refund, that was the last I heard from them, complete silence
