I made a reservation for the flight from Tokyo to Fukuoka scheduled on 10 Jan 2019.(Today, it is 20 July 2018, that is about 6 months in advance)

I received the E-ticket mail from Travel2be at 20:58 on 20 July 2018, but unfortunately I had to cancel the flight and sent a cancellation e-mail(urgent@***.com) on the same day at 22:30, which is about 2 hours after the reservation. According to my e-mail account service, the request mail was confirmed to be read, but I didn't get a response mail yet.

After that, I sent two more mails again, but they have not been opened yet.

The company does not read. I am sure you would regret if you use this site.

I have been searching for the reputation about Travel2be, it is really bad, and I would not use the site again.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
