Travel2be - HORRIBLE.
SO HORRIBLE.
i am in absolute tears.
you cannot contact them on the site, you cannot contact them on the phone - it just rings and rings and then disconnects you. I've tried all day. they do not respond to emails.
I'm TERRIBLY worried because my flight is Saturday morning. I cannot simply cancel and use another agency - to begin with, I can't get in contact with these people and they will apparently fine me. I also can't afford another flight this early.
I feel so completely helpless. I am devastated that I trusted them. I can't stop crying. I absolutely MUST be on the exact flight I have booked - no exceptions. I can't afford to pay more for it, either. I'm utterly devastated.

NOW they are claiming my payment hasn't gone through and *the price has gone up*. the payment HAS gone through. it went through, and it even says so on their site. I was on the phone with my bank to ENSURE it went through and this was around 7PM. travel2be said that the price was only guaranteed until 11:59PM, so I made certain it went through WELL before that time.
I am absolutely appalled. I can't believe they are this irresponsible and it really seems like they are trying to scam me. I'm disabled and am going for my health - I don't have one extra dime and I don't have time to play these games.
I have been calling them and emailing them nonstop for about 20 hours now. I still haven't been able to speak to a soul.
please do not ever trust these people if you don't have copious amounts of time and money to throw away.

I have.I sent them for 24 hours.You refused to respond until you could tell me it's too late for my payment to go through when you finally let it through even though I'd been emailing all your addresses and calling you ALL DAY. nobody answered.now you're telling me I must pay more.
you're holding my payment - which WAS accepted - hostage so I cannot buy through anyone else. you won't reply to any of my emails NOW, either. you haven't told me how much more it would cost. when I tried to pay, it told me I've ALREADY paid.I can't even get any more reasonable flights now since I MUST be on this specific flight Saturday morning.
