The answer received from Travel2Be is totaly unsatisfactory.I’m checking into with DAT Claims Handlig Team and I’m considering a legal claim and comunication to the European Travel Authority.Regards.

Dear “TRAVEL 2 BE”,

I forward you the information received directly from the DAT Claims Handling Team.

I point out that:

•I bought the tickets on january 2020 and “TRAVEL 2 BE” confirmed by mail the purchase on 28 january 2020 of euro 508,52 (see Travel2be 2)

•I received from “TRAVEL 2 BE” a further confirmation and the reservation code 1740**** – flight DX1825 29 May 2020 (see Travel2be 1)

•On 16 April2020 I received from “TRAVEL 2 BE” the information that, due to Corvid-19, the flight DX1825 29 May 2020 was going to be cancelled.

•TRAVEL 2 BE informed me that they were going to proceed with the refound request directly to DAT.

DAT Claim Handling Team confirmed to me that HAVE NEVER RECEIVED the refund application from you.

I copy the DAT Claim Team and the “Autorità di regolazione dei trasporti” and I’m ready to highlight this situation to the European Consumer Centre, while posting my disappointment on your web/social channels.

Looking forward to receiving your feedback as soon as possible.
