My flight has been canceled, I receive an email from you asking me to get in touch otherwise I will loose the ticket refund. Via phone such request are not beim answered, and your no one from your team has got in touch with me.

I have written your customer service and have only gotten email asking me to review your service.

I need a refund for my canceled ticket as the passager is not traveling due to being in a covid 19 risk group.

Please send an e-mail to customer.service@***.com, from the e-mail you indicated when making the reservation, mentioning only the Booking ID (8-digit code that appears in the confirmation e-mail) in the subject and we will inform you of the next steps.
