Still , the company is refusing to pay for my cancelled flights. I open a dispute case with my credit card bank.

The company responded by a very rude E mail telling me that they will never refund me any money unless I close the dispute case with the bank. I refused.

I have requested refunds for a flight cancellation I booked via Travel2Be (Booking reference: 1868****) scheduled for 6th October 2021 that was operated by Virgin Atlantic but the flight was cancelled by the airline. I have contacted Virgin Atlantic who assured me that the fees has been refunded back to Travel2Be. They confirmed that they paid Travel 2be the full amount of the ticket value.

I have attempted to contact Travel 2 be multiple times regarding this but never heard from them and never have any refund yet.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this company.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Travel2Be Cons: No contact whatsoever, Non-existing customer service, No contact details, Very bad customer.

My flight was cancelled .The airline refunded the money to Travel2Be . They refused to send me the money .

We been ibn this dispute for nearly two years. No coustmer service .No telephone number No e-mail contact .

Only on line form to fill and then you get an automated reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.DONT BIY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Thanks but I have already sent you multiple emails containing all the details , no reply . I check my email every day including the junk box No reply whatsoever for the last two months, I really regret that I used your company
