I , Bhanu Prakash Reddy Nagarla , D.O.B: 24/03/1994 bearing the passport number : M647**** , hereby informing you that i have booked a flight ticket on 9 of march 2020 for the Travel from ROME(FUMICINO AIRPORT) TO HYDERABAD(RAJIV GANDHI INTL. AIRPORT) VIA DELHI for my journey on 11 March 2020 , 19:40 pm.

Pnr no : JSYV2 (Flight no's : AI 0122, AI 0104)
There wasn't any prior notice to the delay of the flight and the flight is canceled prior before the checkin.My flight was delayed by more than 20hours without any prior notice and any information about the flight schedule.I waited in the airport for almost 24 hours,being only unfruitful.There was no food or any alternative stay provided by the airlines.I have to stay starved and sleepless the whole night as there were no food courts and lounges open in the airport on that day.Is this how a passenger is treated ?
Please have my refund of complete ticket fare back as soon as possible.
I would like to also claim delay compensation of 600 as per EU regulations.
Please respond as early as possible.
Yesterday i had a conversation with one of the customer support executive of Travel2be and i was told to receive an email about this issue but nothing arrived upto.
Please do consider my issue and have an acute solution for my issue.
