YOU NEVER EVEN ANSWERED MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND

yOU OWE ME ACCORDING TO PREVIOUS DOCUMENTS I SENT YOU 84$ UNDULY CHARGED FOR BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE; YOU MENTIONED IN A SPANISH -WRITTEN DOCUMENT YOU WOULD REFUND THAT SUM IN COMING DAYS. IT WAS RELATED TO A RETURN FLIGHT FROM ISRAEL TO THE CZECH REPUBLIC LAST SUMMER 2021.

I contacted you on Friday about my email address on my website receipt being wrong . It should be nicmawr@***.co.uk, not nicmawr@***.uk. I have received a reply from Pissed off Consumers, which has mysteriously disappeared from my inbox, but nothing from Travel2be. Vietnam is not extending my visa and I wish to be sure I have everything in order. I am including my Vietnamese phone no. this time Yours Nicolas Carey Because they screwed up my email address I do not have a receipt, but it shows in my bank statement

I had to cancel my flight on December 31st due to COVID, and I paid for an additional fee for 100% refund 72 hours later. Ive texted, called, wrote emails and nothing works. The management team havent give me any response about it.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy any additional fees, it’s not worth it.

You dont answer my mail

Travel2Be - You dont answer my mail
Owerprice fee when we try to change the periode for travelling. We booked flyticket from CPH to CUN 16th February til 3rd March and paid 1.666 EUR. They did not respond our mail. No phone information on there website. Found the phonenumber by searching internet. No customer help. I found ticket Price st TAP Portugal for periode 3rd April til 20th April for a Price 1.323 EUR. So more than 400 EUR CHEAPER. But Travel2Be would have 950 EUR to change ticket. This is UNACCEPTABLE

Refund issue

My faults were cancelled due to travel ban from pakistan to Heathrow, this was in June 2021 since then I gave wrote 30+ emails waited 3 hours on phone on a premium number and still I can't get through to no one and no one answers my emails. My refund still has not been issued
