Status of my refund

I have been following up the refund status for at least a year. the very first email i send it in May of 2020 and now already be almost two years, still didn't get my refund from the company. Just hope they please help me out on this case.

Website doesn't work, phone doesn't work

Airline cancelled the flight and I need the refund, but none of the way of communicating works, meaning both phone and their online filing system.

BOOKING REFERENCE IS: 1932****

I see there is not email to travel2be, I am having health complications that require that I travel back to Germany sooner than I have anticipated. Therefore I requested a cancellation of my ticket. I have purchased extra insurance in case I changed my travel arrangements. However, I received a letter from your company saying that my ticket is not refundable. Moreover, I can see that I have been charged an extra fee. Telefone customer service is difficult to reach. I wonder if possible to make my flight in advance, and how much would be if possible to be 13 or 14 January. If there is no possibility to change, I guess I still can travel on the original date? or you have already cancell it?. Kind regards

No confirmation of change of booking

I contacted travel2 be several times to change my departure date from Izmir. I got a email saying they would deal with this in a few days. However its now a month later and they still havent changed it. Now I will probably not get this sorted till after the new year, Bad service.

Hard to Contact

I have tried to contact TRAVEL2BE and have never talked to a single person and all emails never get returned.. their Web site's MyTrips doesn't go anywhere to assist you

Cancelling a booking

Bought a gift for Son, Daughter in law and grandson to come for Christmas... Due to Son's work schedule and Daughter in law's pregnancy... They can not visit... need to cancel and if possible any kind of a refund... not expecting it all back... maybe some if possible or at least open up the seats for others to travel. Refund

This is ridiculous! You guys deducted from my card and then email me that I didnt pay.whats fishier is that after I get a fare change after paying saying I have to pay 145euros!!!! What is this joke? I want someone to call me for a full refund!!
