sent email since dec 17 until now no response. I want to rebook my return flight ticket and i am calling overseas from thailand no response too.

User's recommendation: book directly to airline company even more expensive.

Ticket booked but no confirmation

Awaiting ID1965**** tickets . Tickets were purchased day before yesterday and I have not yet received electronic tickets or tickets reference number. I have to do covid-19 test in time so the results can come in on time before departure for Tuesday the 21st of December 2021. Flight is 12 noon hence my reason for this questioning

Needed confirmation of my booking

I was unable to find the booking confirmation, but all has been sorted. Not a good website as there is no way of communicating with the company via email.

None didn't get reservation code. Without your reservation code you cannot get your e ticket. Make sure you have it in your 1st email.

Compliment

I had no trouble making my booking with travel2be and would use them for it in future travel plans. I do, however need to make a change to my flight dates and have contacted the agency. So my final comment is still pending. But up until now very pleased with their service!

User's recommendation: Please have the website available to make alterations on flights less than 24 hours before departure. Emergencies do happen.

Great service once I got there

It took a little while to figure out the phone system. You have to add a # symbol after you type the reference number (they dont tell you that). Then the menu just keeps going in circles with the press 1 press 2 stuff so I made some random selections (went the payment route which is NOT what I was looking for but figured I might get a live person). Eventually I do get in line and only waited like 8 minutes. A very lovely woman answered the phone and was very helpful. Answered my questions and all is well.

User's recommendation: Be patient and keep trying different routes of contact.
