Thank you for helping me to solve the ticket issues. But it will good to have a contact number /email address on the website under contact us. Rather asking the customer to go to MYtrip.

This is my 1st time using Travel2Be and Not used to the way of how customer are handed. No contact number and email address that was display at the main website. I need to search online to see how to get the email or mobile number to contact.

We canceled our trip because the medical situation of my mother escalated. She was taken from her home to hospital. I sent them all documents and they agreed to refund me and my brother. We had 2 deferent reservations. Unfortunately my mother indeed died yesterday.

I didnt receive money about my cancellation ticket..

On 24 august i bought ticket from Neapol(italy) to Istanbul for the 15 september for my aunt(marina geladze) I paid 255.19 from my bank account. They sent me on my email ticket and in 27 they cancelled me this ticket and sent me email they had sent me money. But i didnt receive money. The bank of Georgia and i need the document about returning money immediatelly. I am waiting money.
