January 2nd, still no news, worse I can no longer contact them, their e-mail no longer exists! In the past I could go on their site and check the status of my claim, however this is no longer possible, Travel2Be is now telling me that they no longer have my e-mail in their system, what a mess! I can see why some people just give up on refunds

Hello, I received a message from you on Sept.23, claiming that I will be receiving a refund in 6-8 weeks. This date has passed and I am still waiting.
Again this is what happened, my flight from Istanbul to lisbon (TP6453) on August 11th was cancelled, because of this I could not connect to my flight from Lisbon to Montreal (TP253). I therefore had to book 2 new tickets for my son and I from Istanbul to Montreal for the next day at a cost of 2200$cad.
Apart from this I also had to book an extra night at the hotel and an extra taxi ride roundtrip to and from the airport, resulting in additional expenses (about 225$cad). Please tell me when I can expect a refund,
