New ReviewerJanuary 2nd, still no news, worse I can no longer contact them, their e-mail no longer exists! In the past I could go on their site and check the status of my claim, however this is no longer possible, Travel2Be is now telling me that they no longer have my e-mail in their system, what a mess! I can see why some people just give up on refunds
Hello, I received a message from you on Sept.23, claiming that I will be receiving a refund in 6-8 weeks. This date has passed and I am still waiting.
Again this is what happened, my flight from Istanbul to lisbon (TP6453) on August 11th was cancelled, because of this I could not connect to my flight from Lisbon to Montreal (TP253). I therefore had to book 2 new tickets for my son and I from Istanbul to Montreal for the next day at a cost of 2200$cad.
Apart from this I also had to book an extra night at the hotel and an extra taxi ride roundtrip to and from the airport, resulting in additional expenses (about 225$cad). Please tell me when I can expect a refund,

Talking about refunds, we are constantly contacting airlines to be able to make them effective the sooner the best. Anyway, we must follow their procedures and this can take some months without, unfortunately, being able from the travel agencies to shorten these deadlines. Once each airline approves the refund, from Travel2be we will transfer it to the same credit card used during the purchase.
