I had no answer and i only hade automatic replay
Also its impossible to join them by tel
User's recommendation: By tickets directly from Airline company.
Monetary Loss: $809.
Preferred solution: Voucher with ticket prices.
Travel2Be Pros: No one answers the call or reply to emails, No one answers the call or reply the email.
Travel2Be Cons: Unreachable, No transparency, No one answer the call or reply email, Awful customer service, Worst online agent.
